Items:
  1. Daily Releases to staging repos.
    - Jeremy has PR up to device-bacnet modifying pom.  Small edits to remove definitions of release repos.
    - Once these are done PR will be merged and verify that artifacts are pushed properly, then we can use
      the pattern across all other services.

  2. Release process
    - Discussed how the release process works generally.  The Barcelona release will be accouned at IoT World Congress
      while the actual release will happen on Oct. 20th
    - Need for docker compose file to accompany release.

  3. Daily dev images pushed to docker hub post-Barcelona for devleopers to use.

  4. Jim and others to review the release template and ask questoins make suggestions.
    - There are still some details to state.

  5. CI-Systems update.
    - Regular systems update to build maching, Jenkins, and Nexus will take about an hour.
    - Schedule time after Oct 2.
