The Napa release is slated to be version 3.1 (the 13th overall release and the first dot release off EdgeX 3.0). A TSC vote is pending to make the Napa release the second long term support (LTS) release. As such, an LTS release is typically light on new features and directed to stabilization and bug fixes.
