The Jakarta release is anticipated to be a bug-fix-only release; pending the delivery of the V2 APIs in Ireland. It should be a dot release (2.1) on top of the Ireland 2.0 release. While the community hesitates to specifically target a release as LTS before the release is fully scoped and planned, it is hoped this will be the first Long Term Supported version of EdgeX.Jakarta is the first planned Long Term Support release.
