EdgeX uses GitHub Issues to submit and track bugs. It the GitHub repository, anyone can create a new issue for any of the project repositories - no sign in required! Locate the repository you believe is the location of the issue. Then click on the Issues tab off the repository and then click on the green "New Issue" button to create and then submit a new bug.
