Per the Levski Planning Meeting (5/2022), while not finalized, it is believed that Minnesota will be the EdgeX 3.0 release. Napa would then likely be a stabilization/LTS release.
See the EdgeX project board for information about potential features and rework that is being considered as part of EdgeX 3.0 or later (particularly non-backward compatible changes).
