This release addresses a number of CVEs that have emerged since the release of the original Napa 3.1.
The updated docker compose build has already been updated to refer to the 3.1.1 images: https://github.com/edgexfoundry/edgex-compose/tree/v3.1.1
Bug Fixes in this release
Please refer to the attached file listing the CVEs that have been fixed in this version. Note that the fixes are all related to updating the container image dependencies (e.g. libssl) rather than any code changes being required in the edgex repositories themselves.
