Delivery:  ~ Nov 2021

The Jakarta release is anticipated to be a bug-fix-only release; pending the delivery of the V2 APIs in Ireland. It should be a dot release (2.1) on top of the Ireland 2.0 release. Jakarta is the first planned Long Term Support release.
